When it comes to email, we make it easy to make a seamless transition from being an HKS student to heading back out into "the real world."

Email forwarding is available to all degree-holding alumni and Harvard Alumni Association (HAA) Associate Members. You can set up your email forwarding address through your Alumni Directory profile. An email forwarding address (e.g., name@alumni.harvard.edu) will automatically forward mail to your designated email address. An email forwarding address is an alias, not an email account, and does not have an email inbox.

Changes are coming to HKS Alumni Email Forwarding!

What to expect on June 9, 2025:

  • We are updating HKS email forwarding for alumni for a more reliable experience.
  • Alumni with an HKS email forwarding address, created in 2018 or earlier, will be notified and redirected via email to a new self-service portal.
  • Alumni with alumni.harvard.edu or post.harvard.edu address should continue managing your forwarding email address at the HAA portal.
  • More details/instructions will be provided by early March 2025, including a training video on updating the forwarding email address for those using the new email forwarding service.
