Currently, the alumni directory does not include all our Professional and Lifelong Learning alumni. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@hks.harvard.edu.
Faculty and Staff
HKS faculty and staff may contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@hks.harvard.edu for guidance on verifying alumni information.
Email Forwarding Service
- HKS Alumni who graduated in 2018 or before can update their HKS email forwarding address through the new HKS Alumni Self Service Portal. For more details, navigate to the Alumni Email Forwarding FAQ page.
- HKS Alumni with email addresses that include alumni.harvard.edu or post.harvard.edu can manage their forwarding email address through the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA) Directory portal.
*Claiming Your HarvardKey
To claim your HarvardKey, you'll need the following:
- Your 10-digit Harvard Alumni Association (HAA) ID (find this at the bottom of any recent email or mailing from the HAA or HKS Alumni Relations)
- Your last name
- Your degree year (holders of multiple Harvard degrees can use the year of any of their degrees)
- A personal email address to use for account reminders
