Current and future leaders in public service—from across the United States and around the globe—are graduating today from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Harvard Kennedy School’s class of 2025 consists of 605 graduates.
Graduate degrees include the Master in Public Administration, Mid-Career Master in Public Administration, Master in Public Administration in International Development, Master in Public Policy, PhD in Public Policy and PhD in Political Economy and Government. (All PhD degrees are conferred by Harvard’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.)
The breakdown by program for the HKS Class of 2025 is:
- Master in Public Administration (MPA) – 77
- Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) – 73
- Mid-Career Master in Public Administration (MC/MPA) – 238
- Master in Public Policy (MPP) – 205
- PhD in Public Policy – 11
- PhD in Political Economy and Government – 1
The Kennedy School’s diploma ceremony begins at approximately 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, following the Harvard University Commencement exercises.
