The Charlie Clements International Human Rights Practitioner Fellowship is awarded each year to an applicant with a demonstrated interest in, and commitment to, issues related to human rights at the international level. The recipient should demonstrate a strong interest in and commitment to engagement with the work of the Carr-Ryan Center and its affiliated faculty. The recipient is expected to participate in Carr-Ryan Center co-curricular activities. Both domestic and international applicants are welcome to apply.
Established with the generous support of the Schooner Foundation, this Fellowship honors Dr. Charlie Clements, physician, human rights activist, and former Executive Director of the Carr-Ryan Center for Human Rights at HKS.
