The Carr-Ryan Center is proud to announce the inaugural cohort of LGBTQI+ Student Leadership Fellows at Harvard Kennedy School. Part of the Center's Global LGBTQI+ Human Rights program, this competitive fellowship supports graduate students advancing research, policy, advocacy, and practice on issues affecting LGBTQI+ communities.

The fellowship includes two tracks: a research fellowship, which supports high-impact scholarly and policy research, and a summer internship fellowship, which provides funding for immersive, practice-based work with organizations engaged in LGBTQI+ rights and advocacy.

Our inaugural cohort of LGBTQI+ Student Leadership Fellows reflects a wide range of disciplines and approaches, united by a shared commitment to advancing equity and inclusion. Through their work, fellows contribute to rigorous scholarship, evidence-based policy solutions, and community-informed interventions addressing critical challenges facing LGBTQI+ communities globally.
