Michael Decker, Advisory Board Chair
Michael B. Decker serves as a partner at Wingate Partners, LLP since 2000. Mr. Decker joined Wingate Partners, LLP in 1996 and also served as the Principal at the firm. Mr. Decker served as the Chief Operating Officer at Trammell Crow Company. Previously, Mr. Decker was the President of Huffco Group, Inc.
Vin Ryan, Advisory Board Chair Emeritus
Vin Ryan is Founder and Chairman of Schooner Capital, a firm which he started in 1971 and has managed for four decades. He serves as a Director of Iron Mountain, a $5 billion global records management company, and a founder of both National Hydro and Arch Mobile Communications.
Bonnie Bandeen
Bonnie Bandeen was a managing director at Morgan Stanley, serving on the firm’s European management committee and as global head of Asian equity and European emerging markets trading. Bonnie is the owner and operator of Podere Tramonti Societa Agricola, a wine and olive oil agritourism business in Tuscany.
Derek Bandeen
Bandeen serves as global head of equities at Citigroup Global Markets in London and as head of Morgan Stanley’s European Equity Division. He serves on the boards of Sustainable H2O, a water desalination technology developer, and Next Frontier Holdings, a consumer packaged goods company, and works with the Refugee Trauma Initiative.
Clara E. Brillembourg
Clara Brillembourg specializes in counseling sovereign States in international disputes with other States, foreign investors, and U.S. plaintiffs. She has successfully represented States before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in disputes involving territorial rights, human rights and environmental harm.
Alfonso Carrillo
Alfonso Carrillo is a leading Guatemalan attorney and founding partner of one of Guatemala’s largest and most well-respected firms, Carrillo & Asociados. He was a Senior Fellow at the Advanced Leadership Initiative (ALI) at Harvard University, focusing on fighting impunity and exploring approaches to creating positive and sustainable change.
Linda Dakin-Grimm
Linda Dakin-Grimm is a senior consulting partner at Milbank LLP, where she handled numerous jury and bench trials in courts across the United States. In 2016, Ms. Dakin-Grimm concentrated her practice on pro bono immigration matters. Since then, she has taken on more than 100 cases helping unaccompanied children and separated families in immigration proceedings.
Andrew Di Iorio
Andrew brings a varied legal and governmental background to the Carr Center’s Advisory Board. Andrew DiIorio is a former Executive Assistant to Defense Secretary Ash Carter. Currently, he is Congressional Lead for the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR).
Mike Dillon
Michael Dillon is a board officer, strategic advisor, and former executive. As a former partner at PwC, Michael helped clients attain their goals through his advice concerning mergers and acquisitions, audits, and accounting. In 2016, he was chosen for a three-year term on PwC’s senior leadership team as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.
Michael Fleming
Michael Fleming has served as executive director of the David Bohnett Foundation since 2000. He works closely with Mr. Bohnett to promote the foundation’s mission of improving society through social justice, developing quantitative and qualitative goals for funding progressive programs in education, LGBT issues, arts, gun violence prevention and cognitive animal language research.
Loubna Freih
Loubna Freih is a long-standing human rights policymaker and advocate, journalist, and writer based in Geneva, Switzerland. She currently works as a recognized family mediator where she works with the courts on children rights issues. She is a Director for Strategic Initiatives at Human Rights Watch.
Joseph Frumkin
Joe Frumkin was managing partner of the mergers and acquisitions practice at Sullivan & Cromwell, an international law firm based in New York City. In more 30 years with the firm, he maintained a leading M&A, corporate advisory, and board advisory practice while leading transformation within many of the firm’s operating processes.
Gary E. Grimm
Gary E. Grimm, PhD, received a B.A. in Physics from the University of Chicago, an M.S. in Physics from Yale University, and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Oregon. In his aerospace industry career, he participated in building satellites and instruments for remote sensing, including the collection and interpretation of electromagnetic radiation and contributing to the Chandra X-ray Observatory satellite.
Vanessa Barboni Hallik
Vanessa Barboni Hallik is the founder and CEO of Another Tomorrow, an end-to-end sustainable apparel company and platform for discovery and action committed to transparency and a circular economy. She is also an investor in early-stage companies with strong ESG commitments and potential to catalyze positive change.
Belinda Juran
Belinda Juran served as partner at WilmerHale, a global law firm where she co-chaired both the technology transactions and licensing practice group and the life sciences practice group. Earlier she was an engineer at Cadence Design Systems, PictureTel, and Bull HN Information Systems.
Camilo Justiniano
Camilo Justiniano is the Founder and President of Neorentas AGF S.A. Founded in 2010, the fund management company specializes in the development and management of real estate assets in Chile. Justiniano was previously a Management Consultant for McKinsey and CEO of H. Briones.
Joan Lemahieu
Joan LeMahieu has over 25 years of leadership and operational management experience in venue management in the sports and entertainment industries. Joan has launched new stadiums and convention centers including an award-winning NFL stadium, a Frank Lloyd Wright designed convention center, performing arts theatres, a winery, and others.
Joanna Lipper
Joanna Lipper is an award-winning filmmaker, photographer, author, and lecturer, with a PhD in Women’s Studies. Based in the UK, she runs Vertumnus Productions.
Douglas Lober
Doug Lober spent over 20 years as a portfolio manager, research director, and analyst at Fidelity Investments. Previously, he was an assistant professor at Duke University's Schools of the Environment and Business, where he researched sustainability, taught master’s students, and directed the Center for Business and the Environment.
Madeline McClure
Madeline is a Strategic Advisor for TexProtects, a non-profit research, education, and advocacy organization for the protection of children. As CEO for 15 years, Madeline led the passage of 46 Texas legislative initiatives, secured over $135 million for proven child abuse prevention programs, and established TexProtects as the Texas Chapter of Prevent Child Abuse America.

David McCue brings entrepreneurial experience in building an industry-leading company known for its community engagement and employee-focused culture. He is the founder, past owner, and CEO of McCue Corporation, a Massachusetts-based global provider of damage prevention equipment used by more than 80% of the biggest names in retail and distribution.
Alfredo Moreno Charme
Alfredo Moreno Charme is a Senior Advisor at Brennan & Partners and formerly served as Foreign Minister, Social Development Minister, and Public Works Minister of Chile. He is also a former President of the Chilean Confederation of Production and Commerce.
Linda Orlans
Linda Orlans has pioneering experience making legal services more affordable and accessible through lean practices and technological innovation. She is the founding partner of Orlans PC, a multi-state real estate law firm that has received industry awards, including the Award of Excellence from America’s Mortgage Banking Attorneys for 12 consecutive years.

Juan Enrique Rassmuss is currently head of the Rassmuss family business in Latam, with interests in mining, oil and gas, heavy industry and real estate. He is also currently chairman of the board of the CAP Group in Chile, a public company with assets in iron ore mining, steel, steel processing and utilities.

Linda Rebrovick served as CEO and on the board of SaaS software company Consensus Point, CMO at BearingPoint, and board member and healthcare/life sciences practice managing partner at KPMG, after beginning her career at IBM. Linda holds board roles at publicly traded HealthStream and Reliant Bancorp, as well as Guidehouse, Inc.

Marcy Syms is the president of TPD Group, a multigenerational succession planning company, and was previously the CEO of Syms Corp., which she transformed from a regional to national clothing retailer. Marcy is a director of Benco Dental, the third largest distributor of dental supplies in the U.S., and past director of Rite Aid Corp.
Errol Taylor
Errol Taylor is a consulting partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP and led the firm’s biopharma patent litigation practice. Mr. Taylor became a partner in 2003. Mr. Taylor focuses mainly on representing research pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in patent litigation and related counseling.

Mario Valdivia is a Chilean business man and social entrepreneur who is working to promote the practice of philanthropy in Chile. He started his professional career in Chile, joining IM Trust & Co. in 1987. In 1991 he left IM Trust & Co. to co-found Excel Chile Servicio.
