Natalia Rodrigues is a PhD candidate in Administration at Brazilian School of Business and Public Administration (EBAPE), Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). She has been working as an attorney for the Brazilian National Treasury (Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional – PGFN) for 17 years.
