Anwesha Bhattacharya

Anwesha's research interests lie at the intersection of gender and development. Currently, her research focuses on the downstream impacts of access to smartphones and mobile internet on gender norms, labor markets, and susceptibility to misinformation. She is also interested in looking at the gendered impacts of primary school curriculum and learning gaps, as well as the impact of women-only spaces and gender attitudes in post-secondary education.
