Rihab Babiker is the Finance and Operations Manager at Harvard’s Center for International Development. She is also responsible for the center's Financial Management.
Prior to joining CID, Rihab spent a decade at the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). Her most recent position was Resource Management Analyst in WFP’s Yemen office, where she was responsible for overseeing four projects with a combined budget of $250 million. Prior work included financial process setting and providing financial management advisory support to country office operations, as well as postings in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Algeria, Tanzania, and Jordan.
Rihab holds a BA in Finance and Banking and a Masters in Managerial Finance from universities in Jordan. [E-mail]
