The weekly Luncheon on Economic Policy (LEP) is a private seminar for invited faculty to discuss new and developing research ideas in economics and development policy. The lunch is restricted to faculty and their guests.

Development Working Group

This year-long seminar gives students an opportunity to present research on various topics related to economics in developing countries. The series is primarily intended for Ph.D. students working in economic development and faculty with interest in development. Priority to present research is given to those who attend regularly. The Economic Growth and Development Workshop

Tuesdays, 2:45 - 4:00 PM, TBD
The students and faculty leading the workshop meet weekly to discuss papers on international economics, development, and economic relations between industrialized and less industrialized countries. Faculty participants are drawn from the Department of Economics and Harvard Kennedy School as well as other departments and schools within the University. The papers presented are available before each talk and are posted on the course website. The workshop is joint with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
