This study evaluates the implementation of a condensed online nutrition education course within the Harvard Medical School curriculum and explores its influence on students’ understanding of nutrition in clinical practice. In response to longstanding concerns about inadequate nutrition training in medical education, the course was designed as a scalable and accessible learning intervention. The authors analyze student reflections and educational outcomes, finding that the course enhanced awareness of the role of nutrition in disease prevention and patient care. The study highlights the feasibility of integrating online nutrition education into medical training and underscores the importance of strengthening nutrition competencies among future physicians.
