Can Evidence-Based Information Shift Preferences Towards Trade Policy?

This forthcoming article examines whether providing evidence-based information can influence public attitudes toward trade policy. Using experimental and survey-based methods, the authors study how individuals respond to factual information about globalization, trade, and economic impacts. The findings contribute to understanding the determinants of trade-policy preferences and the extent to which information interventions can shape public opinion on international economic policy.
