This study examines how health systems influence vaccine decision-making across Italy, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The authors analyze how trust in healthcare institutions, accessibility of services, communication strategies, and prior healthcare experiences shape public attitudes toward vaccination. The findings suggest that vaccine uptake is strongly linked to broader health system performance and public confidence, highlighting the importance of institutional trust and patient-centered care in vaccination campaigns.
