The Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Collaboratory (NCRC) is offering an two-day intensive coaching clinic planned to take place on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22 from 9:00am-5:00pm. Designed using best practices in negotiation skill development and a research-based coaching protocol, the clinic is an opportunity to improve your negotiations performance through one-on-one feedback from a trained coach who will understand your personal goals, observe you in three negotiation role-plays, and provide feedback and an opportunity for guided reflection. Our coaching team consists of students and staff who have taken advanced courses in negotiations and are trained in giving feedback and supporting skills development.

Accepted applicants will:

Participate and be observed in 3 negotiation exercises
Receive 30 minutes of 1-on-1 coaching after each of the 3 exercises

On an average, since the inception of the Clinic:
More than 97% of survey respondents said they were "likely" or "very likely" to recommend the Clinic to a friend, colleague, or classmate
