Hannah Riley Bowles, the Roy E. Larsen Senior Lecturer in Public Policy and Management at Harvard Kennedy School, has won the 2020 Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for Excellence in Work-Family Research. The award recognizes her paper “Reconceptualizing What and How Women Negotiate for Career Advancement,” coauthored with Bobbi Thomason of Pepperdine University and Julia B. Bear of Stony Brook University.
