Evan Flack is a research assistant to Amitabh Chandra at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government. 

He graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics in 2018. At Rice, Evan worked on engaged research projects that partnered with the Houston Police and Health Departments to improve the way government services are provided to citizens. His senior thesis,  “WIC Participation and Noncognitive Development” was awarded the Gaston Rimlinger Prize for best undergraduate research paper. Evan’s current research interests are in health and labor economics.

Outside of Economics, Evan is an avid Baltimore Orioles fan and jazz drummer.
