Scott Leland has been the Executive Director of the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business & Government since 2006, supporting the Center's research programs, general administration, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations. Previous positions have included director of administration at the Center for International Development at Harvard; manager of workforce development projects in Peru, Namibia, and India at Education Development Center; project assistant with the Harvard Institute for International Development, teaching courses in economics and policy analysis at the National University of Singapore; research fellow with the Environmental Protection Agency in Seattle; program coordinator for Vision Health International in Costa Rica; and regional director for South America and the Caribbean with Amigos de las Americas. He is a graduate of Stanford University and has a Master in Public Policy degree from the Kennedy School.
