This paper introduces the "Brimstone Angel," a conceptual design for a Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) Lofter Aircraft. The paper details the technical specifications of an aircraft platform intended for use in climate intervention research and deployment. Presented at the AIAA Scitech 2020 Forum, this work focuses on the engineering feasibility of dispersing aerosols into the stratosphere. It addresses the technical requirements necessary to mitigate global warming through solar radiation management.
