Michele Mussoni is an Empedocle Maffia Fellow and a candidate for a Mid-Career Master in Public Administration at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He has worked on emergency and development programs with the United Nations and the World Bank in Kosovo, East Timor, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Sudan, and Haiti. He operated in different sectors, including peacekeeping, governance, shelter, food security, education, and water, and sanitation and hygiene (WASH). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Trade from the Bologna University, Italy and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Sussex University, UK. He is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
