Following a very successful first decade, the Euro has gone through a bumpier ride since the 2008 – 2010 financial crisis. The 20th anniversary is an opportunity to look at the future, to examine the reforms currently debated, and to revisit the economic arguments that have been presented in condemnation or in defence of the single currency.
