  State Representative Jennifer Benson, is acting Chair of the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing, while also serving on the Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities, and Energy and the Joint Committee on Public Service. She previously served as member and Chair of the Lunenburg School Committee and received a BA in Art History from Florida Atlantic University. She lives in Lunenburg with her husband, Brent. They have three children, Hannah, 18, who attends Wellesley College, and Maya, 16 and Noah, 12 who attend the Lunenburg public schools.
  Sarah Zaphiris served for fourteen years in the Menino administration in a number of roles between 1998 and 2013. She was a policy advisor to Mayor Menino focusing on energy and environmental issues, including leading the City's energy management policy and supervising the Mayor's Green Building Task Force, which resulted in a first in the nation green building zoning requirement. She was Mayor Menino's Deputy Chief of Staff from 2009 until the end of the Mayor's term in office. In that role, she managed a team of four, overseeing the Mayor's schedule and the day to day operation of the office, including the successful execution of two to five public events on a daily basis. Most recently, she served the City of Boston under Mayor Martin Walsh, assisting his team in its transition to City Hall. Sarah is a graduate of Harvard College and Boston Latin School. She resides in West Roxbury with her husband and two children.
