Douglas (Doug) Ahlers is a Senior Fellow with the Program on Crisis Leadership. He is a former Lecturer in Public Policy at HKS, where he taught and led research on urban disaster recovery policy and management. He is also founder of the Broadmoor Project and Recupera Chile Project and a former Senior Fellow with the Kennedy School’s Belfer Center.
