Our fall seminar series shared research on contextual factors that influence women’s leadership advancement, including organizational structures and practices, power dynamics, and intersectional identities.
The virtual seminar series was chaired by Hannah Riley Bowles and welcomed eight speakers. They explored research topics including women’s leadership in K-12 education, closing gender gaps in political discussion representation, and whether stereotypical “gender differences” are actually due to power imbalances.
