Our Spring 2024 Seminar Series, co-sponsored by the Malcom Wiener Center for Social Policy, built on data and behavioral design (especially focused on behavioral "nudges") to better understand what works to promote change in government, business and society. The virtual seminar series was chaired by Iris Bohnet and held in conjunction with her Harvard Kennedy School course ‘Behavioral Science for Inclusive Organizations.’

Featuring 10 experts across sectors, the seminar explored how organizations can promote desired behaviors around effective talent management, create organizational policies and practices that level the playing field for all, and build an inclusive culture in the workplace. Topics including equitable hiring for businesses, closing the gender wage gap, and operationalizing equity in local government.
