Building Access and Visitor Policy

HKS Campus and Building Access

During regular weekdays, the HKS campus is accessible through only 3 entrances via HUID card swipe. On weekends and holidays, the HKS campus is accessible through limited entrances by HUID card swipe. Non-HUID holders must follow the visitor policy. Additional details are shown below.

 Central Quad Buildings (Wexner, Littauer, Rubenstein, Belfer, Ofer, Taubman)

• Belfer and Taubman Entrances: Accessible with your HU ID, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Wexner Courtyard Entrance: Open to HU ID holders daily, 7:00 AM–11:00 PM.

124 Mount Auburn & One Brattle Square

• Accessible to HU ID holders Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Building occupants have extended access during evenings and weekends via their HUID card.​

Visitor Policy

In-person attendance at HKS events is primarily limited to Harvard University community members (active HU ID cardholders). Event hosts may invite non-HU attendees; however, a complete attendee list must be submitted through the HKS Invited Guest Form before the event date. All guests and visitors must enter campus through the Wexner Courtyard entrance and present a valid photo ID to Security.
