If you want to shape how societies educate the next generation, this course offers a path. You will step into the policymaker’s role, tackling real education problems in diverse global contexts including developed (e.g., U.S.) and developing countries through an immersive, problem-based learning model. By combining rigorous analysis, comparative insights, and collaborative design work, you will learn to craft evidence-driven reforms that respond to political realities, stakeholder interests, and resource constraints. The course equips you with the mindset and tools needed to influence policy—and to lead change in the places that need it most.

This is a course for students who want to lead, design, or influence education policy. In this course you won’t just study education policy—you will step into the role of policymaker. By the end, you don’t just understand systems—you understand how to change them.
