Do you have what it takes to drive international and global initiatives from good idea to successful implementation?  Leaders in international and global affairs too often focus on developing a good idea or policy, but then assume that someone else will figure out implementation and execution.  This module focuses on an essential skill:  Getting Stuff Done.  The course will use real-world case studies from diverse areas of international and global affairs, such as health, technology, security and the environment.  Analysis of these cases will equip students with the leadership, analytical, political and communication tools they need to get stuff done between and among world actors. The instructor will synthesize his personal experience as a senior leader in government, non-profit and private sector organizations, but will also invite a diverse cast of successful leaders from around the world to contribute to the class, either in person or via video conference.
