How to Empower Black Leaders

This course examines Black leadership and social power in organizations and society. More importantly, this course offers pathways and solutions for addressing equity in organizations. These strategies can be applied to and used to support a variety of groups. 

This course is open to all students. 

Course grades will be determined by attendance, participation, quizzes, and a final project focused on self- or other-empowerment.
