Harvard Kennedy School Master of Public Policy (MPP) students have the opportunity to participate in an innovative and intensive concentration in International & Global Affairs (IGA) while completing their MPP degree. The IGA concentration trains the next generation of policy leaders to tackle the complex issues of a globalizing world.
Taught by HKS’s leading scholars of world affairs, the IGA concentration provides intensive training to students preparing for careers addressing international and global challenges and governance, including international security, human rights, energy security, environment and resource systems, public health, and information systems.
The concentration is intended for individuals seeking to become internationally focused policymakers in national, regional, and local government agencies, international organizations, nongovernmental organizations and multinational corporations.
If you are interested to learn more about the advantages of the International and Global Affairs Concentration (IGA) as well as the requirements to concentrate in IGA, please see the IGA Fact Sheet.
If you are already a member of the HKS community, please look at the IGA Communications Portal (log-in required) for more information.
