Make Connections; Change the World

Employers on Campus Program

Connecting to Opportunity

Exposure to potential employers comes in many forms at the Harvard Kennedy School - from from reviewing job postings in JACK: Jobs and Careers at the Kennedy School (our job bank and career management system) to attending employer visits, seminars and networking opportunities.

Our Employers on Campus programming has many faces:

  • On-campus recruiting including employer briefings, on-campus interviewing, and career fairs
  • Panel discussions featuring alumni and practitioners discussing trends and opportunities within their industries and organizations
  • Networking events with employers, research fellows, and alumni representing specific fields and organizations
  • Regional networking off-campus with alumni and practitioners in Washington, D.C., New York City, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Formal seminars and informal brown-bag lunches

Recruiting dates and processes vary by employer and industry.

Employers come to campus to meet and talk with students.

Students have many opportunities to meet with employers who visit campus to recruit, attend a career fair, speak on a panel, participate in a research center event, or join an executive education program.
