Dr. Robert Livingston, lecturer in public policy at Harvard Kennedy School, leads a discussion of how to jump-start dialogue on racism and bias and to transform well-intentioned statements on diversity into concrete actions. Professor Livingston is a social psychologist and a leading expert on the science underlying bias and racism in organizations. He is the faculty chair of the on-campus executive program Strategies for Building and Leading Diverse Organizations and the online executive program Promoting Racial Equity.
