HKS Faculty Webinar Series
In this webinar, Nathalie Laidler-Kylander will explore both individual and organizational drivers of resilience and reflect on some tangible actions that you can take to build both. Our individual ability to be resilient is connected to our adversity quotient (AQ), a measure of how well a person responds to and overcomes difficulties, obstacles, and perceived failures. It reflects our capacity to both withstand adversity and transform difficulties into opportunities for growth and success. It comprises four dimensions: control, ownership, reach, and endurance. Resilient organizations also share four common capabilities: agility, self-sufficient teams, adaptable leaders, and a focus on talent and culture.
To get the most out of this session, we recommend completing this short activity beforehand.
