Faculty Chair Hannah Riley Bowles designed Women Leading Change, an online executive program, to provide an ongoing space for collective learning and mutual support for extraordinary emerging and established leaders from all parts of the globe. The nine-week program focuses on sharpening objectives, clarifying one’s leadership narratives, and developing strategies to seize on opportunities and overcome barriers to achieve aspirations.
Women Leading Change begins in May with three days of intensive, interactive sessions to set you and your peers on a collaborative learning journey focused on your personal leadership aims and strategic plan of action. In the following weeks, you will have structured opportunities for personal reflection and peer mentoring. In June, you will reconvene for two more intensive days of online classes and group exercises to reflect on area of progress and challenge, which will set the stage for four more weeks of reflective and interactive exercises designed to help you apply new tools and insights. In July, you will convene for a final session to review and set up future plans.
Throughout the online program, you will immerse yourself in an inspiring environment, learning from and interacting with esteemed Harvard faculty and other dynamic women leaders from around the world. A highly collaborative classroom setting provides the opportunity to discuss strategies for enhancing your influence and authority in organizational and political contexts as well as examine today’s most pressing leadership challenges.
