Add Personalized Coaching to your Executive Education Experience
Coaching is a powerful tool to help drive organizational change…after you leave the classroom. It presents an opportunity to bridge the gap between acquiring skills and knowledge and implementation to assist participants on how to put what they’ve learned into practice.
Research has shown coaching enables change because it targets the issue at the heart of change and transformation efforts: the trial-and-error process of transferring any new practice, method, or set of principles into daily operation.
Participants in the December 2025 session of Emerging Leaders executive program have the unique opportunity to experience the proven benefits of coaching for themselves. Michael Koehler, ICF Certified Executive Coach, will join the program to offer a session on implementation along with Faculty Chair Mathias Risse. Following the program, Michael will offer three, one-hour personalized sessions, conducted virtually, on how to implement what you’ve learned during the Emerging Leaders program.
Coaching sessions are offered virtually and will be held once a month from January - March 2026.
Fee: $2,500.00 USD
