Aimee Guidera Study Group: The Massachusetts Story: Lessons for the Nation

The Massachusetts Education Reform Act of 1993 catapulted Massachusetts to be the leading state committed to high expectations, the use of data, innovation and outcomes. Hear from critical leaders about how this reform agenda was developed and implemented, and why in the past several years, key parts of this agenda have been overturned by the people of the Commonwealth. What are the lessons about the business community role, coalitions, achievable goals, and politics that the rest of the nation can learn from in this age of disruption?
