Antitrust and App Stores:  Litigation and International Enforcement Photo

​This study group, part of our Technology & Regulation Series, explores competition law and policy for big tech, using the case studies of Epic V. Google, and litigation against Amazon.

Led by experts in the field: Jon Sallet, former general counsel of the Federal Communications Commission and Senior Research Fellow, M-RCBG; Nancy Rose, Charles P. Kindleberger Professor in the MIT Economics Department, and Visiting Scholar, M-RCBG; and Richard Schmalensee, Howard W. Johnson Professor of Management, Emeritus, MIT Sloan School of Management.
