On Thursday, March 7th, the Social Innovation and Change Initiative and the Behavioral Insights Group invites students to explore the application of behavioral insights to social innovation efforts. Faculty Chair of the Behavioral Insights Group, Professor Todd Rogers, will work with participants to understand how behavioral science insights can be used to construct innovative solutions to complex social problems. You will also examine cutting-edge research that will help you apply insights from psychology, behavioral economics, sociology and other social science disciplines to create behaviorally-informed interventions or policies. Policy tools such as defaults, active choice, social norms, framing, and choice architecture will be explored. All are welcome! Join us to identify where behavioral science insights can have the biggest impact on your own policy and programs.
