More on our guest
Nancy Gibbs joined TIME magazine in 1985 and has shaped the publication like few others over the past three decades. She has covered historical events such as 9/11, interviewed international political and business leaders and written more cover stories for the magazine than any other author in TIME’s 100-year history. Serving as editor-in-chief from 2013-2017, the first woman to hold this position, she managed the magazine’s transition into a “digital newsroom”.
At HKS, Nancy Gibbs teaches Op-ed writing and DPI 600: Media, Message, and Democracy. Check out her faculty profile here: https://www.hks.harvard.edu/faculty/nancy-gibbs
