Recognized as an international expert and speaker on leadership and fostering meaningful connection, Cornelia is the CEO of The Leaders Alliance, an organization empowering CEOs, C-Suite members and Vice-Presidents spanning multiple continents. With a rich professional background, she has provided invaluable guidance and support to top-tier leaders across diverse sectors, including the esteemed heads of some of the largest multilateral organizations, governments and global corporations. Drawing from her insight into human dynamics and interpersonal synergy, Cornelia empowers individuals and organizations to successfully navigate transformational change. Her upbringing spanned 3 continents by the age of 18, fostering a deep-seated commitment to bridging different perspectives. Having lived in 7 countries in total, Cornelia is driven by an unwavering passion for facilitating connections and a belief in the transformative power of collective support. A TEDx speaker, she first embarked on her speaking journey early. At just 17, she led a groundbreaking initiative facilitating partnerships between female CEOs across continents. Her visionary leadership propelled her onto the international stage the next year, when she was invited to give a speech at a landmark United Nations conference as one of the youngest thought leaders at the intersection of human connectivity, change management and leadership.

A graduate in international relations from Georgetown University, Cornelia further developed her deep understanding of leadership through her masters’ degree at the Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to founding The Leaders Alliance, Cornelia invested in and supported leadership teams across Asia, Europe and North America, working for funds at Morgan Stanley and other institutions, cultivating a wealth of experience in navigating complex international growth and change. Fluent in 3 languages, Cornelia finds fulfillment in immersing herself in diverse cultures and forging meaningful connections with individuals worldwide.
