Moore, Director of China Programs and Strategic Initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania. Drawing from his new book, China's Next Act: How Sustainability and Technology are Reshaping China's Rise and the World's Future, Moore will discuss how emerging issues such as climate change, public health, and technology are reshaping China's relationship with the world, against a backdrop of intensifying economic, geopolitical, and ideological competition with the United States and other great powers.
