Can corporations practice true social responsibility? Not without major changes in corporate structure  - argues Professor Colin Mayer, CBE, former Dean of Said Business School, Oxford University. An expert on corporate finance and the role of the corporation in contemporary society, Professor Mayer will discuss his provocative new book Prosperity Better Business Makes the Greater Good in discussion with John Ruggie, Berthold Beitz Professor of Human Rights and International Affairs and Faculty Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Initiative at HKS, who was instrumental in designing the Millennium Development Goals and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.  Moderated by Linda J. Bilmes, Daniel Patrick Moynihan Senior Lecturer in Public Finance.
