Stories shape selfhood and influence people’s perceptions of themselves and others. In this seminar, we will explore how personal and cultural narratives influence identity, relationships, and decision-making, as well as how these stories can limit or expand our possibilities. Through interactive discussion and reflective exercises, participants will gain insights into the power of storytelling in shaping both individual and collective experiences.
