Economic Policies on a War Footing: a primer

From the response to Covid 19 and the energy crisis, to successfully managing transitions (demographic, technological, climatic), policy makers have used the policy toolbox usually used for wars; this is unfortunately not without harmful consequences. Join Ludovic Subran and his guest French MP Estelle Youssouffa to discuss how France abused warlike economics policies and how this led to the current economic and political deadlock.
