Participants will gain practical insights into how to improve teamwork and collaboration by exploring:

• What key challenges must teams overcome to maximise effectiveness?
• What role does a leader play in driving team effectiveness?
The highly interactive executive session runs for two hours and provides hands-on experience. No pre-work is required.
