Join us for an Energy Policy Seminar featuring Dustin Tingley, Professor of Government in the Government Department at Harvard University. Drawing from a recent working paper, Tingley will give a talk entitled "Reimagining Net Metering: A Polycentric Model for Equitable Solar Adoption." Q&A to follow. Buffet-style lunch will be served.
