Evaluating the pandemic safety net response

​This study group will focus on the pandemic safety net response and the ongoing Biden administration spending plans and policies. In particular, the speakers will debate the effectiveness of the policies under consideration, such as the expanded Child Tax Credit, and the economic and social reasons for why these policies matter.
