You have planned a well-organized online meeting, but that isn't all there is to a successful meeting. A good meeting is engaging, productive, and action-oriented—which can be challenging in a virtual setting. In this workshop, we will focus on how a meeting leader's "E-Charisma" can make all the difference.

You will learn the attributes of being a good meeting facilitator, specifically how to:

  • Communicate clear objectives and stay on task
  • Navigate Zoom Fatigue
  • Motivate and Persuade
  • Enhance your virtual social awareness
  • Close with action items
