On Tuesday, November 10th at 4:00pm ET, join the Institute of Politics and Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government for the annual Robert Glauber Lecture delivered by Eric Rosengren, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, with Professor Roger Porter, IBM Professor of Business and Government at Harvard Kennedy School, moderating.

As president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Eric Rosengren is
a participant in the Federal Open Market Committee or FOMC, the
monetary policymaking body for the United States.  In this talk, he will
be exploring factors that influence financial stability and their role
in the severity of the current recession. Rosengren will discuss the
ramifications of low-interest rate policies, the impact on leverage, and
the resulting consequences in economic downturns – based on the U.S.
experience in the current recession.

This lecture is made possible with the generous support of
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), formerly known as the
National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
