The Center for International Development (CID) at Harvard University will be hosting the annual Global Empowerment Meeting, GEM23: Growing in a Green World, on May 10-11th. This two-day conference will explore different dimensions of climate change from the perspectives of emerging economies that are on the frontlines of a warming planet.
CID will be livestreaming key components of the conference on May 11th to a virtual audience. Hear from an outstanding line-up of speakers including the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Dr. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, UN Special Advisor on Africa, Cristina Duarte, President and CEO of Bezos Earth Fund, Dr. Andrew Steer, as well as prominent Harvard faculty.
