Social Innovation and Change Initiative
The Social Innovation and Change Initiative is delighted to welcome Jean Guo, Co-founder and CEO of Konexio, for a roundtable discussion on getting your ideas off the ground and what you can do to maximize your social impact. Konexio is an organization that promotes socio-economic inclusion by providing high-quality digital training and coding classes to vulnerable populations, notably refugees and migrants. In this interactive conversation, Jean will identify the key steps in moving from idea to implementation as well as the necessary building blocks of an early-stage social enterprise. Jean will also examine Konexio’s unique role, which sits at the intersection of the public, private, and humanitarian sectors, and how she has learned to work effectively with these different actors. This discussion will be moderated by Brittany Butler, Executive Director of the Social Innovation and Change Initiative.
